Please inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery. An item is only eligible for return within 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered to you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact. We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns. You are responsible for shipping the items back to us and we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method to guarantee successful delivery of your returned item. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returned items. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate your return.
Your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 days of us receiving the item back. Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment. We charge a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price for each item returned that will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: We do not refund international shipping charges or any upgraded shipping costs that you may have purchased.
Exchanges are only accepted if you need the same item in a different size. An item is only eligible for an exchange within 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered to you. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your exchange. Once we have received your item in its original condition, we will mail you the exchange.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or change your order. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time and prepare our orders for next day delivery for orders placed by 6 pm central time. If we have shipped your order, we cannot cancel or refund a order.
