IT'S BLUEBONNET SEASON IN TEXAS

As many of you may know, Belle & Kai is based out of Houston, Texas.  

Spring in Texas heralds the arrival of the bluebonnets and to say we Texans are obsessed with our bluebonnets is an understatement.  It is the state flower of course.  Every spring there are countless blogs and Facebook groups dedicated to find the best bluebonnet spots in the state.  I have my own spots that I've found over the years and when spring arrives I drive by these spots on a weekly basis just to catch them at the perfect time when they are blooming in unison.  There is something quite beautiful about the ground being blanketed in a sea of blue and of course we have the best dresses to be photographed in them.

Having your photos taken in a field of bluebonnets is a right of passage for almost every child in Texas.  Of course, if you happen to be wearing a Belle & Kai dress, well that is even better.  We may be biased, but we think our boho inspired dresses add a little something special to these bluebonnet photos.
