SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship from Houston, TX Monday through Saturday. Our processing time is 2 to 4 business days from the time your order is placed.
Free shipping is via USPS First Class Mail which averages 3 to 7 business days to arrive. If you need your item sooner, you may upgrade to Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail at checkout.
Priority Mail averages 3 to 4 business days to arrive and Priority Express Mail arrives in 1 business day.
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price.
If you choose a shipping method that does include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf.
We do not refund for items marked as delivered.
Buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Any returned packages will be subject to return shipping fees.
ORDER STATUS
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You may track your package directly through USPS or through the email.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. Tracking is not available for this service.

Custom, Import Taxes, Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Belle & Kai is not responsible for delays due to customs.
